15th Annual Summer Soiree

Please join us for a fabulous evening of food, fun and philanthropy to raise funds for important pediatric research at Children's Memorial Hospital, organized by North Suburban Medical Research Junior Board (NSMRJB).

This year marks the 15th Anniversary of the NSMRJB and their signature event, Summer Soiree.  The event will be held on Thursday, July 22.  Held at Ron Durchin’s Autowerks in Northbrook, the event will feature an exciting display of vintage cars as well as new models. 

This year’s theme, Roaring ‘20’s, will feature dueling pianos, 1920’s cars and exciting photo opportunities for our guests.  This fabulous event features chefs from all over the city and suburbs who donate their time and food to help raise money while displaying their talents and popular menu items.  The event also features live music, fabulous raffle prizes and an exciting live auction.  Despite a sluggish economy, 2009’s Soiree raised $60,000!  Join us this year for an evening of fun while raising money for a meaningful cause.

The NSMRJB is an affiliated organization of Children's Memorial Hospital. Since its inception 15 years ago, the board has devoted over $1.5 million to research aimed at treating, curing and preventing childhood diseases.
