Pad Thai has been the number one dish sold at Big Bowl for years. Our house made sauce starts with fresh lemon juice, fish sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
We stir fry fresh eggs, and rice noodles with cilantro and sweet basil, peanuts, and beans sprouts. Choose from vegetable tofu, all natural chicken, shrimp, or Scottish salmon. It’s mildly spicy with a clean, bright taste and reminds me of a warm salad. The rice noodles are slippery and tender. My personal favorite is the all natural chicken-I like it with a little extra Thai basil and a sprinkle of hot chili sauce.
