Minnesota Farmer's Update

Fans of Big Bowl in Minnesota should be grateful to have Chef Keith Wood taking the lead on our farmer initiatives in the Twin Cities.  Keith has done a great job sourcing locally grown fruit and vegetables at the Minneapolis and Nicolette Mall Farmer’s Markets.  According to Keith, “This week at the market I bought strawberries, gailan, gai choy, snap peas, asparagus, and pea greens.  All the greens are available on the stir fry bar.”  Keith is buying from Untiedt’s farm and Lor Pao Lee Farm, one of many Hmong farmers in the Minneapolis area.  If you are at our Roseville store and you see Keith, be sure to thank him for his continued efforts to bring you the best in local produce.

Great job Chef Keith. We love to eat stirfry - we like to have lots of vegetables with our meals. Love the new variety. How can we see the list of the new vegetables?

We thank you.
