The Panang Secret Is Out: Free Cooking Class in Edina Feb 2

Recently, one of our most requested recipes from guests has been for our Panang Chicken. Our guests who love it really, REALLY love it. It’s almost drinkable; it’s so good.

It’s a fairly complex recipe, starting with toasting the spices and making the curry paste from scratch. It has taken a while for us to complete a reduced recipe as there are so many steps. We are releasing this recipe at our next cooking class on February 2, 2012, at the Williams-Sonoma at the Edina Galleria.

Our Chef will review the recipe step by step, and give you some other ways to use this delicious sauce. The popular free monthly cooking series continues, with attendees each receiving a recipe to take home. The recipe will also be posted on our website on Feb 3.
