Sunday Playbook - cooking demo with an assist from Bears Right Tackle J'Marcus Webb

A Big Bowl cooking demonstration and football are always in season, especially in the fall and during this year's inaugural Magnificant Mile Shopping Festival when Chef Dave Histed gets an assist Sunday, September 3 from Bears right tackle, J’Marcus Webb.

Starting at 1 p.m. at the Shops at Northbridge, 520 N. Michigan Ave., Histed  will show the crowd how to make several Asian specialties, including spicy peanut noodles and summer rolls using local and organic produce. He will also demonstrate the artisanal method of making fresh Chinese noodles.

Webb, who has a passion for eating and cooking, says he's thrilled to swap the football for an apron to help out.

The cooking demo will take place by on the first floor on the west side by Armani Exchange.
