Taste the bounty of summer

Certain summer pasttimes are required - taking a vacation, evening walks, a swim in the lake, and of course, eating foods that are abundant this time of year. For Big Bowl, corn, Chinese eggplant, tomatoes and watermelon are on top of the list.

From now until September 5, the restaurant's Summer Harvest Celebration ensures that all guests will have the chance to get a taste of summer. The menu of summer specials features ingredients at the height of the season. Executive Chef Marc Bernard explains the preparation of each dish in his blog. Make sure to get a taste of summer. Before you know it, the season will be over and you'll have to wait until next year.
