Welcome

Welcome to my blog and the new Big Bowl Webpage. My name is Marc Bernard and I am the Executive Chef of Big Bowl Restaurants and Big Bowl Chinese Express in Minnesota. Spring is my favorite time of year and it seems appropriate that we begin this blog now. Spring is all about new growth, hidden potential, and renewal. I have been with Lettuce Entertain You for 12 years. Although I have worked with Asian foods for half of my Lettuce career I am especially excited to be a part of Big Bowl. I look forward to telling you what we are working on in the weeks ahead, sharing my favorite recipes from home and Big Bowl, and bringing you photos and news from around the Big Bowl Community.
