SPICY PEANUT SAUCE

This sauce is a perfect balance of aged soy sauce with red wine and rice vinegar. For a dipping sauce, add slivers of fresh ginger root, garlic and green onion. Marinate chicken, pork or beef overnight before the meat hits the grill for change of pace or splash into a quick stir-fry.

This sauce is the yin and yang of bold flavors. It’s spot on for seafood – fried, grilled or baked.
